At Inform Economics, we support organisations to build the internal capability required to deliver high-quality economic analysis, business cases, and evaluation.

This is increasingly important in the context of contemporary public sector policy and practice. For example, current NSW Government policy places strong emphasis on strengthening in-house capability for core work, including policy analysis, business case development, and evaluation.

 

Our Training Programs

Our customised in-house and public training programs focus on the practical skills required to deliver core analytical functions within government and other organisations, including:

Our programs are designed to be practical, applied, and immediately relevant, enabling participants to confidently contribute to real projects.

Training can be delivered in-person or via live, interactive virtual sessions.

We design our training and advisory work to:

Mentoring and Applied Support

To support the application of training, we offer mentoring for individuals and teams working on live projects.

This includes:

  • reviewing and advising on business cases and CBAs

  • supporting evaluation design and implementation

  • helping teams apply methods in practice

Our mentoring is designed to embed capability and support teams to deliver high-quality outputs independently.

Since 2019, we have been the trusted provider of cost-benefit analysis training for the Australian Evaluation Society.
